The Shark Cage - delivered by Got Your Back Sista

The Shark Cage® program is a 6 week program providing participants with the knowledge and tools to feel empowered, actively decrease the likelihood of further victimisation in their life and to recognise healthy versus unhealthy relationships. This program uses storytelling and hands on activities to create strong kinetic and visual learning designed to heal and empower women who have experienced repeated abuse such as domestic and family violence or sexual assault.

Hosted by the Hunter New England & Central Coast Primary Health Network, in partnership with the Hunter DFV Consortium.

This event is a key forum for frontline workers, managers, policy makers, commissioners and clinicians on supporting healing and recovery for those who have experienced domestic, family and sexual violence (DFSV).
