Leading for Gender Equality Training
The Leading for Gender Equality Training is based on the OurWatch primary prevention framework, peer reviewed research from ANROWS, and evidence from the Australian Bureau of Statistics. It utilises adult education principles including experiential learning and reflective practice. Small group consideration of scenarios and other activities allow participants to practice and apply knowledge to real life situations. Training is delivered by Karen Willis, Gender Equity Officer at Unions NSW

In honour of Hannah and her children, the Small Steps for Hannah foundation has created a unique Corporate Program, 'Hannah's Story', to educate and empower members of the community.
