What we do:

Mosaic Multicultural Connections provides culturally responsive services that support individuals and families from migrant and refugee backgrounds to feel safe, connected, and able to thrive in their local communities.

We deliver early intervention family support, aged care services, and settlement programs for newly arrived individuals and families.

We provide:

Support for culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities

  • Support for refugee and migrant communities

  • Casework and referral support

  • Domestic and family violence support (early intervention and referral pathways)

  • Family support services

  • Parenting programs

  • Aged care services (CHSP, SaH, ACVVS, SSD)

Referral pathways:

Self-referral

  • Referral from legal services

  • Referral from social and/or community services

  • Referral from NSW Government agencies (e.g., DCJ, Department of Education)

  • Referral from Community Mental Health

  • Referral from DCJ-funded programs

  • Referrals from partner organisations

Cost

Almost all of our services are free.
For aged care services, client fees are determined in line with Commonwealth program requirements and depend on each person’s level of funding and eligibility.
